This could involve negotiating a payment plan, settling for less than you owe through an offer in compromise, or getting penalties reduced.  The resolution phase is the final step where everything comes together. After working through the investigation and active resolution phases, this is when we implement the solution that works best for you. Whether it’s a payment plan, an offer in compromise, or some other resolution, we’ll finalize the agreement with the IRS. During this phase, we'll ensure all the paperwork is filed, any settlements are agreed upon, and your tax issues are officially resolved. Our goal is to get you back on track, and once this phase is complete, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your tax problems are behind you.
